tiny window breakfast quality
The economy double room felt quite small. i didn't expect such a tiny window up near the ceiling, either. it barely let any light in. the breakfast could improve. I found a hair in my egg one morning. maybe the cook needs a hat.

poor breakfast small room
The hotel's location was good it was close to the main attractions.
The breakfast quality was poor the products tasted cheap. The room felt small it definitely wasn't worth the price I paid per night. The room lacked proper facilities I do not think it deserves its star rating.

stale pastries street noise
the location was acceptable, close to landmarks.
The breakfast was honestly subpar. the pastries tasted stale, and the coffee was weak. I really needed a strong coffee. also, the room felt cramped and the noise from the street made it hard to sleep at night, pretty frustrating. it needs soundproofing ASAP.

varied options helpful staff beautiful terrace evening wine
the breakfast offered many options and sustained me throughout a day of sightseeing. the staff were very helpful . i loved the terrace and enjoyed breakfast there with a view of the piazza. in the evening i could also enjoy a glass of wine.
the room i stayed in was not very spacious for an extended stay.

Staff were friendly and very helpful . They provided quick assistance with requests. the receptionists were charming. They were also efficient in handling check-in and check-out. staff ensured i had what i needed.

A terrace is available to enjoy meals and drinks outdoors. breakfast had many choices and fresh fruit. The cappuccino was also good. the hotel offered cushions for opera performances. This added to the experience.
